pricing problem

i have issue with one of my buisness (fast food, A2, Hells kitchen, traffic 48, marketing 80)
interior, skills, cleanliness - 100, but the pricing satisfaction 91%
the problem - my prices lower than market, all positions
what im doing wrong?

Did you submit a bug report about this recently? Firstly - going under market price doesn't help. Secondly - the pricing report only updates after midnight, and only if there are sales. if you had a bad pricing percentage, and then ran out of inventory, the pricing percentage won't change until you resupply your inventory and sell more at the new, lower price!

no, i didt submitted, but thanx for the answer, ill try options. btw, was forced to gradually reduce prices over several weeks - customers were unhappy from the start buisness at the market levels.

Hmm. That sounds like something is wrong. Unless you started the business during a time shortage/backorder. In that case, the market prices are inflated due to the shortage, so if you set the prices according to that, they would be too high when the shortage ends.

Otherwise, market price shouldn't cause their satisfaction to go down at all. If you want to hit F2 and submit a bug report, I can take a look - just be sure to reference this comment so I know it's yours!

thanx again for the answer, but theres no need to take up your time - problem solved somehow. i just returned the market prices and gained patience) more than that - later i set up prices according to your magic spreadsheet.
if i may, please focus on solving another problem. i cant play - person is stucked, "unstuck" didnt help, sent report yesterday.

Were you working at a cash register before you became "stuck"? If so, this is fixed for EA 0.4! In the mean time though, if you save, exit and reload, you should be back to normal and able to move, right? Your bug report seems to work after reloading (just make sure to unpause, if the game is paused! :) )
