More Retail Availability

I love the game but one thing I don't like that might need improving is having more availability when it comes to opening retail stores. When I start a new game there is only two stores available in only two districts and the majority of the time its a 15 max occupancy store. Maybe a future update you can add more retail stores for rent?

There are 170+ retail stores in the game, but they rotate as AI stores are shut down and other AI buy up those vacant lots. You'll need to either check daily to see if new stores have opened up or save up enough to buy them out and take over that location!
