What I don't get

Why is in the nightclub noone behind the bar serving people drinks? And why do I make minus with the nightclub. I hired everyone that is needed and have the club in the late afternoon till late morning open, but it does make as the only business minus. I got only 2 competitors. Advertisement did also not help although the traffic at my place was by default already 40, so quite good. And the alcohol I ordered for the club ( besides beer I mean, whiskey, martini and other drinks ) doesn't get offered at the bar, at least I can't see that. Those things I really don't get. Could anyone answer some of this please?

Are you sure you have all the necessary Cocktail bar items? Like the:

Cocktail Bar Drinks Counter
Cocktail Bar Beer Shelf
Cocktail Bar

You need all 3 of them to work as a bar really. Because the cocktail bar with a register on it, will function as 'the people behind the bar serving people'.

I bought all parts, also the side parts of the bar, barchairs and two bottle shelves for the wall, yes. But the guests serve themselves it seems. Not how bars usually work in nightclubs ...lol. And as I said I only have minus.

The drinks shelves are for liquor stores, and the customers do self-serve from those! You'll want the items RPG listed above for the nightclub

Oh the hanging bar shelves are not for liquour stores, are they? Why are they then called bar shelves? This would be even stranger ...lol. And yes I saw that there are shelves for the liquor stores, wooden standing ones. Did not add those to my nightclub. Are there any drinks not served at the bar except to coffee and coke? And why is no customer service at the bar? I can not even asign any employee to it. And how do I make minus with a nightclub? I still don't get it. I got to do anything wrong.

Hello! Oh, were you using the Decorative Drinks Shelf? That one is just...decorative :) You'll need the items RPG listed above.

Do you have a cash register at the bar? Sounds like that's the issue! You need to place a cash register on a Cocktail Bar and then you can assign the employee to the cash register like normal!

Ah that did answer what I did wrong, I did not put any cash register there, I mean directly at the bar, I added those at the entrance for the entrance fee, Do I need any cash register at the entrance too?
I am playing in german language ..that could be a difference in translation ...yes. And thanks so much for the answer, that really helped me.

Ahh, that makes sense. The entrance fee is collected automatically at the moment, so the cash register is only needed for the bar!

Yeah who knows how many people will not understand what happens there. And yes that helped me :) And the bar shelf is called "decorative drinks shelf" in german language too, I looked it up, the translation is correct.

And I looked up F1, but that is not explained in there, you should do that please ;)
And there seems to be still something not working, because I still make minus with the nightclub. And there seems to be a problem with reaching 100% decoration in the nightclub. I added really all I could find that fits into a club and do have only between 60 and 70%, if I change floors or walls to more expensive ones it does also not get any better.

Hast Du den Mitarbeitern Uniformen gegeben. Der eine flache Hocker zwischen Bar und Lautsprecher verhindert das durchkommen. Bars sind nur zwischen 18-06 Uhr morgens rentabel, und das auch nicht an jedem Tag. Es scheinen auch nicht alle Plätze an der Bar einen Hocker zu haben. Hast du mindestens 90 % in der Raumgestaltung?

Did you give the employees uniforms? The flat stool between the bar and the speaker prevents this from getting through. Bars are only profitable between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m., and not every day. Not all seats at the bar seem to have a stool either. Do you have at least 90% in interior design?

Are you talking about the "Interior Design Score" when you enter Interior Design Mode? Or the "Interior Score" when you are in BizMan - two different things.

The BizMan Interior score includes the Interior Design Score as well as checking whether you have speakers, uniforms, etc.

However - there is a bug that should be patched fairly soon where the interior score drops when you are in the store (impacts hairdresser and nightclub). If you're not in the store, that issue doesn't happen, though.

Thank you Appollus... yes the staff is wearing uniforms, I will remove the flat stool, but I could walk through, so I expected that it was ok to place it there. Yes I did not add everywhere the bar seats, because it looked better, does this have an influence on the decoration rating?

Dear Dave, I was talking about the Decoration Score shown in the nightclub on its BizzMan if I am in the bar, yes. Good to know that it is bugged.

If you can walk through, then they *should* be able to as well.

As long as you have a few for the customers, you're fine. Doesn't need to be at every possible location.

Ok np at all Dave, I am used to bugs in Early access, so no worries, you might still want to check on the nightclub mechanics, because the bar or nightclub makes just too few earning, it needs to be nerfed I guess. I get to 0 if I don't do advertisement, otherwise I am in the negative. If I can change it I will let you know.

Ok I am officially out of the negative numbers and in a very good plus now with the nightclub, it just took a while to consolidate after the changes I did.
