Multiple Warehouses

So, the largest warehouse has two vehicle spots (at least that I saw). Which means at a maximum that one warehouse can deliver to 8 businesses.

I have 3 purchasing agents who are ordering enough of the things I need to run all 7 of my current businesses.

I want to open more businesses that use the same products, which means I'd need another warehouse.

But I don't want to hire more purchasing agents and order "duplicates" of the things I already need to fill that new warehouse.

Is it really that I just set up a second warehouse, and tell the first warehouse to use the 8th slot to deliver things to the second warehouse to keep it stocked with things?

And let's say the second warehouse needs to deliver things to a business, well the delivery time is 0200 so Warehouse A delivers to Warehouse B and then Warehouse B has to wait for the next day to make a delivery? Or is it some kind of magic where the deliveries are all instant and the delivery from Warehouse A to Warehouse B is instant and then Warehouse B makes it's delivery on the same day?

With a Logistics Manager at 100% and a freight truck, you can deliver to 16 locations.

You have those options, yes. You can either hire more Purchasing Agents for the new warehouse - this will maximize your potential locations. Or you can use one of your locations to send goods to another warehouse - minimizes HQ employees

Yes, if you want to have a more complex logistics system like that (rather than just hiring additional Purchasing Agents to buy the goods), you'll have to wait for a second day for the process to complete!

Too bad you can't "group" warehouses somehow under one Logistics Agent.
