Hair Salon Tips

I opened a hair salon, with 5 styling chairs and 3 wash stations. Two displays for hair products, even a soda machine. cleaning station, security cameras. Also music is in the salon, but for some reason I keep having hair stylists quit, because they are unhappy. I even cut the days open down to 5, shortened the hours. I am not sure what other way to make them happy, so they don't quit. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Employees have individual demands, you'll need to check that and see if they are met with so they are satisfied. This will be different for each employee you have.

They asked for gold insurance and I gave it to them. I keep my happiness around 70% on average. I understand they get different demands as time goes on, but this has me stumped. I have 5 other businesses and no one has quit. I will see what happens next.
