Also, I have an issue. In my game I have 4 HR managers. I set an Health Insurance on each of them, but I have no information in the employee allocation menu about what kind of health insurance they want. I have to go back to the employees list menu ...
Plus, we've taken all the feedback we've been seeing and will be reworking this system!
Overall loving the game though :) Thanks so much for everything you are doing with this :)
edit: nevermind i see it now maybe make it more easily seen
What I don't understand regarding the Health Insurance, is why we have to get one for each HR managers, why couldn't it be a company wide thing ? I don't mind giving gold to all my workers, but having to get it through each RH seems a little too much. I didn't even understand why some people quit because I said, I'm okay I have gold, must be a bug.... nope, it was on the wrong manager.
Also why couldn't I get the gold insurance from the start, my manager was 70%, Might have needed 100%, but that is not the point. You could make it available from the start (which would help when early employees want it gold and you don't have the right manager) BUT make the less experienced managers negociate a lesser reduction of price. For exemple, a 100% HR could get 2$ cut per employee as a 10% HR would only get 0.15$ reduction per employee. It seems a bit more fair, instead of having to just take the HR manager back to "training" 7 times in a row, because all of the sudden a cleaner wants gold insurance...
Take care !
