In 0.1 a lawyer in Midtown was money printing with close to zero risks and with 0.2 that hardly changed, its still very cheap and easy to setup a lawyer office. Yes, they reduced the margin by a good chunk and thrown a sprinkle of sand in the gears with the new employee demands, but for now its still very low risk with a slightly smaller but still big rewards operation.
I expect that in the future the lawyer and other office jobs get some risks attached to balance the reward vs risk some more. For example handle a clients case badly and you might get hauled to court by the client. This would very rarely occur in Garment but its more likely in Midtown and on top could result in a higher compensation to be payed.
