hi, does anyone else have a asus laptop?

I only ask as my f12 button (that you'd normally take screenshots with) doesn't work due to it taking me to my asus page. Any help would be most useful. As both the bed, and the car is glitchy I have reported it but the developer say's that I need to screenshot them both.

You could remap the screenshot shortcut key in Steam > Settings > In-Game

I've tried that, but every time that I hit f7 nothing seems to do anything.

i pick up a key bored and F12 work for taking screenshots

Ok so i am not very sure since i don't own one but from my research just now , ive found that with your laptops you can either use hotkeys or just keys , meaning FN + F1-12 or just straight up using F1-12 , so i suppose that might be the issue? You can hit the win key and search up ASUS keyboard hotkeys and when the window opens change from hotkeys to keys , and report back if the selected steam screenshot button works now or not

No, not really. I wish it did though, as both the bed and the fridge in the apartment along with a couple of cashiers at the good stores are also glitchy! I have reported it but i need to take a screenshot so that they can fix it.

Is your steam overlay turned on? Or turned on but not working? steam screenshots don't work without steam overlay , Or you can set the key to a different button thats not from the F1-12 keys or use different software like ShareX or snipping tool ( which comes with windows )
