I know the devs is a small independent group. However, I feel that early on the ability to bind/re-bind keys correctly is a fundamental part of base game development. For now, I will use autohotkey to fix what should already be in the game. I.e. wonky rebind of wasd to the arrow keys etc.

Kiey binding is a huge issue. They really blew it on controls. Click here click there. Just so 1990s

Yeah, I like the game but the controls are so awkward I gave up on this.
