Private Car Garages

It would be cool to be able to own or rent a private car garage to park all of your vehicles in.

They aren't private like you mention, but in case you didn't know, there are a few underground parking structures attached to a few businesses or residential locations that you can park in. You have to pay hourly, though.

I bought a warehouse and store all my cars in there... If you drive in and not park on the ramp you can store as many cars as will fit in the warehouse, its free parking :D

A big private parking lot or parking garage definitely is something that is needed. The current parkhouses aren't that useful as they are used by other people who will park in your spots or not be able to be removed. I have parked a small fleet on the ikea parking lot as it is outside, big, and free. I think it's most useful to have a bunch of cars parked around town though, so you always have a car close by if taxis aren't spawning.

I've entered one accidently without owning the place, left the car inside and went to the streets, to only realise I was renting the apartment next to it, the car.... was stuck I had to pay over 100mil or something to purchase the building so I can enter.

You can just walk back down the ramp and get your car.

I agree with the OP though, there should be Garages we can buy or a higher class home that comes with a personal garage just to show off our cars.
