Hello,

In my first days of playing, liking it so far. I was wondering, is there an option to turn the game music off for the player (I don't like music). But not for the customers?

It is, but the slider on the phone is also down. The slider on the speaker inside the store is up, I don't hear music, and if I turn the slider of my phone up a bit, the slider on the speaker syncs up with the one on my phone, so I'm a little confused with this.

The slider on your phone is used as a master volume control in-game. However if you turn off the music like Eye Aye said, you won't hear it at all, even if you move the slider. However, the customers will still hear it and enjoy it.
