I mean, for supermarket 30/h is fine, but in business where customers served by employees, they fiscally can't handle that much people
Only because there is a bug right now if you are in the business watching Fast Food. Otherwise, they can handle it just fine!
So either we have octopus universe or there is an AI overlord hiding in my store ;)

But even 2 is not enough.
Even with 3 there is people who complain.
Besides, it would be logical, if game would "reward" actual presence.
I mean, I'm spending my time servingy customers, I should get some bonuses for that. Not loses
There is constant influxe of customers
Lemmings can't be helped. Also step out of the store for 2 sec and they vanish. I suspect aliens.

30 cap, 3 manned cashier, 30 in queue and never have more than 33
I have constant amount.
If there is constant amount, it doesn't matter how many people can feеt your line, if your workers can't handle them.
I checked, and those moments when I'm entering building customer amount drops on statistic screen. Same when shift change.
Well, it's bug, as devs said.
I hope they are thinking on solution
