Can't eat because I own all the supermarkets

Not all of them...yet. but i bought built and staffed a few 24hr supermarkets. i planned to fill my fridge whenever i wanted. Chose prime strategic locations, and staffed them all day. but i cannot shop at my owned stores.

if i buy all the locations will i die of hunger?

I imagine there are some you can't buy? Do not know for sure though.

You could eat at a fast food place but they don't fill your hunger bar like wholesome fresh food does.
I find it a shame that I can buy a machine so my employees can drink coffee but I can't grab a cup myself.

One comment says you can eat from a fridge (of the putting in your apartment type) put in a shop (not tried) so maybe experiment, can you buy a fridge and put some of your fresh food in the fridge that you got from a supplier - it may then let you eat it, if so you can take some of your supplied fresh food to your apartment fridge so can use the stuff from your supplier rather than from the supermarkets you've guzzled up in your capitalist nightmare biz empire

Pizza is really good for happiness though, as you can buy freezer and cooker for flat maybe can use that from suppliers too but again have not tried this

Yes, you can have a fridge at any of your store/office/warehouse. But you do need to buy food and fill the fridge. You dont even need a fridge. Its enough to just dump the food at the floor.

you can't buy elgato in garment district, it's designated as a special building as it's the tutorial super market you work in

i recommend not eating though, feels like a waste of time unless you're manually working

Tried the can you buy a pizza oven/ salad bar etc for your flat- yes, but you still can't eat the food once you stock them from warehouse (so what's the stove oven for? can you cook frozen food from a supermarket?), and it would be a crazy expensive way of feeding yourself anyway, seems elgato may be the way to go if you own all the other shops

Update: Kyle is correct you cannot buy the El Gato supermarket by where you first spawn on the map so you'll always be able to buy food there

Sure, i have fridges in most of my stores. you still need to buy the food. you can't buy from your stores.
