With the idea of adding hotels if they went with that suggestion the level of 'luxury' would still be an interesting dynamic gameplay wise.
For a 75m² store that's roughly half of the 5k.
well not sure if it's BS.. I have done three stores now.. my first small gift shop.. a medium restaurant and then just now my jewelry store.. the magic number was 5k spent.
HAD to do both floors and walls in my gift shop and it was tiny as hell.
It would be nice to get some ACTUALLY dev clarification though on this matter. A green check mark or some kind of $$ amount per building.. something to let us know.
