Employees lvl 100 in skill.
So I took the time to get an HR manager lvl 100, driver lvl 100, employee lvl 100 in both cleaning and service.

What does it matter or does it matter I see no different in my driver between the lvl 100 and my lvl 37?

HR manager I'm also not sure but I only have one. lol

My employee obviously she gets good customer service.. how important is cleaning skill?

Thank you,

Drivers need higher skill to drive the bigger truck.

High skill HR manager can handle more staffs (from 5 to 25 max)

yes, drivers need skill to drive the largest truck (which allows for more deliveries).
Logistics agents can deliver to more businesses from a single warehouse.
With biggest truck and best logistics the max is 6 destinations per truck IIRC.
HR managers can manage more people (max 25)
Purchasing Agents get better prices on contracts.
Employees provide better customer service (which means you can charge more for your products).
Not really sure what cleaning does specifically, but, I would guess that your cleaners need less time to get the rating to 100% so they can be given less hours.

Nice thanks guys. also speaking of cleaning. How do you set yours up? I usually have my morning shift workers stay over an extra 2 hours a day to clean.? Is that too much? Never had a complaint about dirty stores.

For me, 1 part time, 1 hr mid 1 hr end, if its office then just 1 hr end and anywhere to hit 10 hr minimum requirement.
Not too sure about 24/7 high traffic shop tho

I believe full time cleaner is a total waste unless its a 24/7 traffic 50 fast food/coffee shop, even then its doubtful

yes, I use a single part timer. Usually have them come in for 2 hours before store opens and IF my store is open for longer than 16 hours I might schedule a mid day cleaning shift of 2 hours.

Why do you need to buy the bigger truck?
