Employee Satisfaction.. HOW?? and Managers?
How do you maintain and increase satisfaction? No matter how much i reduce/increase hours they dont get happy. And they have nothing except "full time" or "part time" there....

how do i get managers - would they sort this out with a manager?

Full Time is between 30h to 50h a week, and Part Time between 10h and 30h a week. I've been following this and most of my staff is at 100% satisfaction.

Yeah, you just have to follow that single requirement and it'll slowly increase. (Sometimes there are multiple, of course, but they'd be seen right under part/full time!)

Did you check the individual Employee Sheet not the schedule sheet.
They can also ask for no AM shifts no PM shifts or no weekends so you may have to shuffle them around.

look via all employee list.
if their requirements have a green checkmark you just give them some days and the satisfaction will go up.
some require additional stuff, like a coffeemachine, or sofa, or type of chair/table, or dont want weekend or late night shifts.

Type of chair is a pain too lol

no

hr managers train your employees without unassigning them passively and replace sick workers with temps when they call in sick for workers assigned to that hr person

you get them in the hq and from the second recruiting agency

i personally suggest just setting schedules for the entire week at once
1 full time person can have 7 slots like this and you can open 24/7 with like 4 or 5 employees (double if register)

Also, don't let the HR Manager setup the shifts, they tend to ignore the 'requirements' and will upset everyone.

Nice thing about HR is sick coverage and can train people up to 100% while they still work.
