Ordered on phone from AJ Ped & Son, where did it deliver to?

I ordered some shelves for my warehouse to my warehouse, but I'm not seeing them anywhere in the shelves that were already there, or in the van that is in there. Is there somewhere else they get delivered to?

When you order, it appears out side the business/apartment/warehouse on a pallet on the ground

I just realized they are left outside on a pallet. Leaving this up in case someone else becomes confused about that.
