but yeh business profits need adjusting massively right now
i have 5 lawyers and one working like 3 hours part time and it averages 60k net in hells kitchen with 66% demand
this is just the smallest law firm i could find, it should scale nicely in 50 people offices assuming the traffic is enough and you set it up correctly
or second smallest idk, it holds 10 people but can only have 5 and 1/6th customers/hour during peak hours
you'll need lots of room both for displays and for storage so keep that in mind when choosing the location, some are big but have small storage room, avoid those if at all possible.
You also don't need to start at max capacity, you can start with 20 capacity it's say 8 racks if you sell 4 products as each rack is for 10 capacity, one stack of baskets, one cash register and drawer to place it on and you're set.
Then you can steadily add more and more until you reach max capacity with all clothes type available and if possible open 24/7.
Stay away from anything having to do with food like the coffe shop or fast food, they make money but barely.
gifts and/or flowers are good too if clothes are not in demand or if you can't afford to rent in the more expensive part of town and are cheap to start too.
Jewelry can make decent money and is often in demand because nobody sells it however it's extremely expensive to set up so you need to have a lot of savings already. 1 display is 10500 or so and only allows 10 capacity, plus expensive jewelry boxes can go as high as 90k + (I've seen it at 95k in one of my games, 30 k in another, even 30k is not small change when you start)
yes they're good moneymakers once you have the starting cash, displays are around 10k and expensive jewelry can go up as high as 90k so if you're starting and have no cash yet it's out of range.
