One is from wholesale stores, like NY Distro Inc, these are contracts that deliver x goods every x days with an extra fee for 1000$, it is in the bottom right of the garment district and you have to interact with the desk to add it to your phone book. (You can do this for ika and other stores to use their services in your phone!)
Now, WAREHOUSES, are a whole different thing.
Warehouses store goods shipped in from importers (It's better to use this because the goods are significantly cheaper than a wholesaler), all importers are along the ocean at the bottom of the map. They are 'keep in stock', so if I tell it to buy 1000 cheap clothing, whatever repeating I have it set to will order up to 1000 (if I have 750 it'll buy 1000)
This requires a Purchasing Agent in an office headquarters
Then, you require a logistics officer (hq) and a warehouse and a driver (warehouse employee) and some pallet shelves in the warehouse and a car
you can then use the logistic officer to set 'keep in stock' routes, so if I set my clothing store to 200, every night at 00:00 it will fill up to 200 if it's missing any
tl;dr
walk to a wholesale store of your choosing, i prefer ny distro in the bottom right of garment district but any of them work
sit at the desk and start a contract
configure your contract to your choosing
profit, if your store is done correctly
OR
buy warehouse, buy office
put a bunch of pallet shelves nside warehouse
buy car, hire driver for warehouse, put car and driver in warehouse
hire logistics officer and purchasing agent, put in HQ, sign a contract with one of hte importers on the pier using the purchasing agent
configure agent to buy x amount of goods from importer every 1->3->7 days (will keep in stock, so if needs 500 to store 1000, will only order 500)
use logistic agent and car to set minimum stock for stores
profit
