What i need to do to hire Logistic Manager?

You need to go to the different recruiting agency. City Workforce to hire Logistic managers.

You need a desk at the office with a computer for him. then assign him to that computer

You need a HQ in an office. You can hire them from a different agency. Not sure of the name but you can find it on the map. I really dont use a warehouse as the Disco NY will deliver to my stores. Besides the Money just rolls in so why penny pinch by importing.

there are two recruiting agency one near the starting area and one to the north end of the map. the one to the north end of the map will have the office people for headquarters you can higher.
