Well I explained above my situation, advertising / capacity / etc. isn't an issue. My problem is all of my gift shops are stuck at 8 customers per hour, which is below the lowest max capacity for this type of shop which is 15. If I was able to upload images here in the discussion I would definitely provide my insight tab but I don't think that's necessary at all considering we know the low cap.
I am stuck wondering if my game is bugged or what the issue is exactly, because 8 is not a hard cap so the fact that my problem is with this specific number of customers is strange.
To give an example:
50% traffic and no marketing for a store with 15 cap means you can only get 7,5 customers an hour max. (most of the time you get less due to the day and time)
For the same store with 50% Marketing your promotion score will be 75% (50% traffic * (1+Marketing%). This means you can get max 11,25 customers an hour.
Only with 100% marketing you could reach max 15 customers an hour for this store. If your traffic% is lower as 50% you can never reach your max shop capacity.
That's at least what I found out, understood and learned when playing the game.
