Custom Signs - How To

If you go to your steam apps folder you can copy signs from other company's and use them as signs for your own company OR make custom signs to make them more visually pleasing.

if you go to your save folder go to the folder that has the name of the company sing you want to customize and change it using your prefered program.
save the changes and restart the game. then you will have way nicer billboards and signs.

(if you dont know where it is, open your ingame economy view, click show full info and then "export to CSV" and it will open the folder for you)

i dunno about CSV and all that but you can go to: #TheDirectoryOfYourDrive#\Steam\steamapps\common\Big Ambitions\Big Ambitions_Data\StreamingAssets\LogoShapes and add custom signs to your company as you please. 512x512 and .png as the dimensions and extension of the file.

yeah but if you do that you can only add new "icons" (you can also do that from inside the game). if you want "Graphical signs" then you need to do what i explained above.

sorry i cant add an image here but if you look at the "prebuilt" shops of the game you can make those kind of signs following the steps provided above.

if you are happy with the ugly Icon + text signs then you can follow the "add icon" steps inside the game or do as you explained

Great, and i worked it out how to adjust any pic you import to that icon folder when not being that standard 2 color pic that´s in there by default, just use a white background color and the pic will look as it should, 512 x 512 png file.

I wish i could provide a screenshot to show the result but i can´t get it to work in here and outside of Steam image upload sites i assume is not any better for using neither (like Imageshack or something equivalent), i just say it´s to be seen on my profile page if anyone wants to check i out how it can look.

Edit: Uhm, if it was the background color or the icon color i changed to white, well try both. I just can´t remember which one that removed that ugly blue overlay color it was before i applied the change, one of the two choices.

OBS! : Use a backup folder for your made creations, i have screwed up more than once and it´s easily done. A lot of tinkering to get it done just right can become lost at the blink of an eye, or two.
