What are people doing in their downtime?

As the title says, what are people doing in their downtime?

I am at the point now where I have several successful businesses, income of several hundred thousand per day, logistic managers, hr managers etc.

I find myself just wandering around a lot now as there isn't much manual labour for me to do anymore outside of when the time comes to open a new store.

I know there is the casino boat each Friday which is fine but the other 6 days there isn't much to do.

I spent so much time watching TV and playing games that my buffs will last for 60 days, lol.

^ Same, play games or tv to ff time and keep happiness high, stack cash for new business, etc. then when you need to do something like build a new business you dont have to worry about happiness dropping.

Honestly wish they had some mini games and activities to do in down time. Like schools, or community/city events to do.

What i would really like to see are some high end jobs that your character can have at the end game. To actually be able to interact with the desks in offices the same way you can with cash registers.

I was super excited to open a law firm to become a lawyer, only to find out I can only hire other lawyers.

Yeah I would like to see some interaction with your businesses themselves. This game is billed as a business sim but currently it is nothing more than a business opener sim. You have no involvement in the running of these businesses once they are actually open.

I know it is still early access but the game is definitely very wide but very shallow. My guy has gone from having nothing to being a millionaire in 30 days.

Yes. Hugely, as does sleeping in your car. Parks are completely different. You gain a pretty substantial boost if you've been in a park for an hour or more, and you will see the gain when you leave.
