Fresh Foods box of 60 problems refilling fridge

I purchased a box of fresh foods to refill my fridge unknowing it only holds 15 or 16 at a time, I placed the box of 50 left over on the floor, when I finished the contents of the fridge I tried to refill from the box but would not refill the fridge. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

As far as I know there is no point of buying boxes of fresh/frozen food at the moment unless you can resell them for a profit via warehouses. I haven't really gotten that far in the game yet, but I do know that you cannot use them to stock your personal fridge (yet).

Really? that sucks, I was tired going to the supermarket and only being able to buy ten at a time so 60 seemed like and ideal thing to do....So do you know this forf sure or guessing as you've not gotten that far yet?

I cannot verify that they are completely useless in the game currently but trying to use boxes of food items to keep yourself fed does not work currently.

Those boxes are more for selling at grocery stores that you operate.

Correct...boxed food for your businesses ... personal food for your home or office fridge you buy from supermarkets, gas stations, etc.

OK if industrial boxes from grossist is not for personnal use, but I cannot get a soda from my own soda dispenser in my stores !!
Is it the same if you own a supermarket, you cannot grab (and pay) a fresh food from it ?

If you want to refill your fridge, take your car to the grocery shop and put the paper bag full of fresh food in the boot, then make trips from car to fridge, you can fill that fridge right up :)

its the same for all your shops, you can't take any item from them.
It's plan on the road map tho.

Yeah you can buy seven bags and fill your car n then use a pallet truck to bring them into your house
