That is true. Employees will be getting a lot more custom movements/animations in the future and I believe that is intended to include seeing cleaning employees actually working as well. But not everything that is planned is on the current roadmap, mostly because the devs want to make sure they don't disappoint by announcing something they have to push back due to bugs or other highly demanded QoL changes taking priority.
The roadmap is always being updated as well!
Imo this is completely wrong.
Yes, its a simulation but im a part of it. I love to check out my shops and look whats going on inside...sometimes i like to help out working when a lot of customers inside. Its a game and im a Player(!)...and i want to see whats happening.
If i only want to play with numbers i can use Excel XD
You also get customers complaints and feedback to improve your business. It is necessary.
It is only necessary one time.. for your first business.. Once you know what the stores need after the tutorial the customer feed back is irrelevant.
music, spend 5 k on decorations, uniforms etc.. once you learn that you set your stores up that way every time before you even open them and you're all set.
you can literally throw everything in a corner of the store with no rhyme or reason and no access from the customers or the employees and the store will run and make the exact same profit as if you took the time to set it all up nice and be inside..
You obviously can do/play whatever/however you want but once you have set up 5..6..10 stores the desire to do so runs out.. at least it did for me.. now I just toss all the stuff in, make sure satisfaction is at a hundred, get marketing to 100 and set up delivery and then on to the next business.
That is how the first pass of that system currently works, yes. But as the game develops, things will become much less static, and that "one-size-fits-all" mentality won't work.
