Handcart?

anyway to buy / order a hand cart? - just rented a new Huge office (40+ traffic / 50cap) - but didn't see a hand cart!

noticed it on my 1st game with a small office.. but that wasn't as big a deal, it was close enough to one of the stores i could swipe their cart when i wanted to move stuff in.... But this ones at the far edge of hells kitchen..

going to be a pain to remember to bring one when i want to expand / order more desks and stuff. (i believe it gets dropped off outside? haven't tried for fixtures/furniture yet.

I don't think there is a way to purchase a cart. Most places have a handcart, but if they don't then I suggest you bring one from a nearby store of yours and just put things inside your place from your deliveries, at least that's what I did, after that I didn't need the cart for that specific place.

You can pop into next door stores and pinch one.

Or, head up to IKB, grab the 8 slot trolley and just make sure you keep at least one item on it.

You can move the handcart stand to anywhere you want in the store. move the hand cart and park it. right click on the hand cart stand and move it to anywhere you want, like near the front door of the store, etc.

You can move the handcart stand to anywhere you want in the store. move the hand cart and park it. right click on the hand cart stand and move it to anywhere you want, like near the front door of the store, etc.

If he doesn't have a handcart stand then how is he supposed to move it ?

as for "stealing" another stores hand cart - that's what i did with my small office in 1st game, it was only like a block from the store that sells cleaning stations and what not.

But this big office is at the far corner of the map. really top right corner. the Office supply store is close - but it is still 2? 2 and a 1/2 blocks away.. (and it was close when i first went to set up the law firm.)

So i.. just said to heck with it - when i was setting it up - my next trip for desks and such - bought a "wavy carpet" - was going to place it but i'd read some folks found if you leave an item on a cart - like the 8 box cart for kea? the basic furniture store - it would stick around, even out side.

so i just left the carpet on the hand cart.. then when i went back - it was still there - took the carpet off - moved everything in and set it up..

then put the carpet back on the cart.
