How the law firm works?
I have a couple of 50-seat offices full of lawyers, all 100% and producing negatives income.
Is there any point in opening any office in the game?

50 Lawyer and 100% skill
I have 30 retail stores, but the big offices don't want to make a profit at all.

Monday - Saturday: 8-16

37% - Traffic index
100% - Marketing
87% - Promotions

100% - lawyer skill
What is the demand in the neighborhood you have your law firm in?

31% Midtown - but does anything matter?

The clothes are moving around 40%, but no matter how many stores I open, they generate turnover between approximately 70-120k.
I make sure I only hire lawyers with wage $70-90 (with the headhunter search), and I can get some profits out of the 10-seat and 22-seat offices Mon-Fri 8am-6pm (need to tune the sell price to 1.35x-1.5x depending on region). Earlier I was having like $120 wage on average and it was always losing money.

The developers are going to change the office customer logic in some future updates.
I do the same for the 50 offices, I also search for lawyers by headhunting, and then the HR people develop them.

I will try to increase the prices more.... just in case....

So far the offices don't seem very useful.

Thanks for the replies, but I'd be happy if a developer could respond to anything.

This has been the case since the previous update. They nerfed the hell out of it. I complained repeatedly when all my offices started losing money, but the developers don't think it's a problem, obviously.

The solution: don't have office businesses.
Compared to retail offices aren't wourth the hassle, you'll generate a small income and office-workers are more likely to have insurance and other demands

They replied in this thread that the calculations will be changing: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1331550/discussions/0/3817418065220908460/
