How to use blueprints from workshop?

I downloaded a few M1 blueprints from steam but i dont know how to use them? Any help here? I can't find them trough the 3 interior designer contacts.

are you going to the table to speak with an employee or simply looking at the screen by the door to the interior shops?

I'm doing it trough the contact list in my phone. I have done 2 standard designs for other stores already. I downloaded one for the nightclub because there is no standard one

If you're in the correct building, make sure you have picked a location that's also M1 in size!

I'm pretty sure i have. Its an M1 location, checked it a few times now. I downloaded 4 nightclub blueprints and all of them are M1 too. But it keeps saying: No designs are available for the selected adress

That is very odd. As long as you're in Kristian Bahood, and have selected an M1, they should appear. And you downloaded them in-game, right? Through the Esc Menu > Blueprints page?

got the same issue, pretty sure you have to subsrcibe to them in game. My Libary is empty while I subscribed to ten or more in the workshop. Press Esc>Blueprints and add them to your libary.
