I purchased this pre alpha and helped the game develop, now its released as alpha on steam, it has been removed from my libary? am i now expected to buy this again>

No, please go to humblebundle. Login and in the library will be Steam keys to redeem the game on Steam.

if you bought it on their site before then you should have gotten an email that saying the steam codes are in your humble account

go there and search for the game and add the steam key to your steam account

If you can't login to humble bundle with the mail you purchased it with.

Look into your email inbox, for a direct link e-mail. If you don't find that sent an e-mail to [e-mail] and include the mail you used for purchasing the older versions and any payment or other information that could be of use.

Even if you don't have an account, just create one with the email address you originally used and the keys will be waiting for you!
