Is there a way to disable vehicle damage?

Hi,
I think it doesn't add anything to the game and I simply don't like it. Is there an option in the game files or mod to disable vehicle damage just like you can disable aging etc.?

there are several trainers available that offer no vehicle damage or no aging or unlimited energy and unlimited happiness

Yeah, I brought this up way back in the Alpha Stages that car damage doesn't do anything but add tedium to the game. They added it anyway, and lo and behold, it does nothing except make the game more tedious.

One of those situations where they added a simulation aspect that doesn't make the game more enjoyable, deeper, or really any more complex. It's just a really badly implemented money sink.

There is now a mod availble at moddb that does this. You will also need Melon loader for it

No need for a mod - you can turn off damage when starting a custom game!

If you want to link to your mod, that's cool, but these are 2-year-old threads :)
