Bling Cribs achievements not tracking

Hi all

The Bling Cribs achievements are not updating for me, they're all stuck at 4'290/x.
I own multiple apartments, and I added millions worth of furniture to most of them. (Also the first one).
I also tried owning the whole building first, no change.
Is there only certain furniture that counts? I bought most of mine from Luxconcept.

I've done the same thing and have the same problem.

The place has furnishings well in excess of the "Own an apartment with furniture worth at least $2,000,000" goal, probably twice that value... My lights alone in that building are worth more than the $100,000 achievement but it says I've only got 11k/100k

I'm guessing it's bugged because nothing I do makes that value change from 11k. It was working up to that, wasn't paying attention so have no idea when it stopped or what caused it either.

I started 3 more Story mode games (one of each diffculty) since the patch that should've fixed this. But still no luck.
Anyone know if only certain furniture counts or there is a story progression minimum requirement?

The one time i got it to work is by making the first apartment i rented in day 1 over 2million by stacking the overpriced speakers, all other apartments did not count their furniture

I tried that too. I tried using the speakers, beds, chairs. In apartments I just rented or owned and then rented myself and the first one.
Maybe it's also dependent on the hidden valuation number and doens't work with casino money?

Hey guys I just got the achievement. I'm not sure if its bugged. But i think "own" means, that you have to be the owner of the building with the apartment in it. Didn't worked for with rented apartments.

Just bought one of my smaller apartments out, delivered and fitted another 1m worth of furniture but - alas - my number on this achievement didn't budge from where it was before.

Doesn't really help matters when I can't see the value of the furniture anywhere too. If I could see the value of the contents I'd be able to figure out what's going wrong... Maybe.

I just tested it in an older save game where I don't have the achievement yet and tried to get it. First of all im wrong with the guess "own" means "own" the building. I just rent the appartment accross the street of the expensive furtniture store. Then I bought 18 of these over 116k$ worth speakers and placed them in the apartment. I got the achievemnt with the last one placed.

I cliped it, so i could upload if its helpful.

If this works for you maybe the older variables of the counter of each apartment has an issue or something, cause I had the same Issue with another apartment. Otherwise its maybe realy bugged at your save game.

Pretty much exactly what I did before I replied to your post.

It has been a while since I bought/rented a new place, I'll try it with a brand new place instead of buying one I was already renting.

If the save itself is bugged in some way and I can't get it on this save I guess I can just start a new one to grab those two achievements.

Spent a few hundred million trying to get this to trip and it's just not working no matter what I do. I'll grab it on a new save - whatever it is it's not going to cure itself on my save.

I can tell you that for some reason if you order things to your apartment they don't count toward the amount. If you instead just take it from the store to your place (I rent right next to that fancy furniture spot) it will work.

There have been lots of report of this bug. The community manager said the achievement bug shouldn’t be present in a new save prior the the first patch.
