Fundamentals of Business Administration & Classes in General

What does this class do in the school? I try to click the little "i" on everything but it doesn't show further info. I'm playing the sandbox mode not the tutorial storyline mode.

Is this skill worth the $1k+? I'm still very early on, 1 gift shop and money is super tight.

How do I see what all the various classes do in general? I don't see it in the help menu anywhere. IMO dev you should add info on what all the classes do to the help wiki menu thing.

It allows you to hire HR manager, Logistics, Purchase Agent... basically the people you need to run your headquarters. Without the class you will not be able to hire these people.

Not only the people for the headquarters. You need the class to be able to hire anyone at all.
The second is required as soon as you want to open a second shop.
