24 Hour Businesses?

Is there a way to tell what times of day are most profitable for my business? Is that even a thing in this game or should I just make all businesses 24 Hour deals?

If you click on Bizman for a business you own, then in the lower right where it says Customers Over Time, click the word yesterday and you can see at what time of day you are getting most of your customers.

That said, I found it most profitable to just hire 4 full time customer service, give them all 6 hour shifts 7 days a week (42 hours a week) and leave your shop open 24/7.
