Part Time vs Full Time for Recruitment
Like the title says, the Recruitment agency needs an option to select between people that want full time vs people that want part time.
So far I´ve gotten a lot of people with high priority for part time, which I rejected cause I´d rather have like 1 or 2 fulltimers than 6+ part timers.
The other conditions they set are usually fine, but the Part Time vs Full Time thing is kinda essential for planning.

Can't wait for the rework, I have to admit it's a serious pain in the neck atm, I sometimes have to request 20 to find 3 that will suit... not like it's an issue cash wise or whatever, but I'd rather have the option to set FT/PT for the campaign
