hey i wonder for the job not owned by you is it only the supermaket you can work????

Yes currently only one player job and that is El Gato the supermarket. More player jobs are on the budget depending list.

Walk into El Gato, click on the job board on the wall. Accept the job.

If you open the map, you can sort by filters. One of those filters is "Supermarket". This will help you quickly find the supermarkets.

Also, the tutorial directs you directly to El Gato at 23 3rd St.
