2) The other possible issue is that you don't have enough storage shelves at your store to hold all the inventory you are trying to send to your store, so you keep running out.
Also when you set your stock values, it does not only look at your storage shelf in the back of your store, but also what's already in your store. For example your cash register can hold 1000 paper bags, if you want to have some paper bags in your storage shelf you need to set the value to for example 1200. (if your have 2 cash registers even above 2000)
I also had some issues at the start to learn the correct ropes to handle my logistics manager :)
The logistics Managers are only in the office during the week, but deliveries still happen on the weekends.
The store had 2 storage shelves so plenty of space for goods. Some goods would be delivered but not all.
Turned out one of the shelving units was bugged. After manually emptying the shelves one box was left that couldn't be interacted with. I had to pick up the shelf and destroy it. Everything worked fine after replacing the shelving unit.
The game does not tell you that all items cannot be delivered to a business. It should.. Maybe that is what the negative balance is supposed to mean in the warehouse inventory page, but I have no idea what that is supposed to mean.
