Which Importer offers Burgers?

I've set up an importing contract with Jet, but from what I can see they only import Cheap Gifts, Soda, Paperbags, Cheap Jewellery and Flowers.

Also, am I correct in thinking that I must hire another Purchasing Agent before another Importer will speak to me? I attempted to go to the other Importers but they were having none of it and said I needed someone with an Importing licence

Yes, you need another Purchasing Agent; including desk, chair and computer.

If you click the "?" in the menu bar in-game, you can see which Importers have which products.

For Burgers, it should be SeaSide International.
