Have found a Company with value of over 2,7 Mio. He does not even accept an 2,9 Mio offer. How much does he want?
Double of the value?
Or is there a specific percentage of how many i have to bid over the value?

Not sure if there's an exact formula, but it seems to depend on the circumstances - like if it's losing a bunch of money, they'll take close to the value listed, and if it's a major rival that's active, and it's still making money, it will take significantly more.
Just keep bumping up the offer by 10-50k until they take it.
