I found law firms hugely profitable. You need to hire young lawyers and train them up to 100% skill. You can charge $800/hr. I'm currently making about $1M/day with about 20 lawyers.

You need to GREATLY increase the Law fees (as long as your employees are at 100% skill, you can raise that price up several times higher!)

How do you get more than one customer per hour for legal? It seems I cannot get above 1 per hour no matter where I set up my office and at the default price.

Doesn't this question make the game kinda "boring"? You will go straight for the best business and go for a speedrun of the game. No exploring, trying and having fun along the way.

I had to invest in marketing, ensure high customer satisfaction with high skilled employees, also for some reason I needed more computer desks w/ computers than the actual number of employees to "increase capacity".

Right now it seems that offices are getting less than half of their potential customers, so if you have a really small law firm, you might only being seeing 1 per hour right now.

dunno, but i read her jewels make alot of profit.
Not for me, my gift shops are making much more profit daily from 5k to 10k per day per gift shop. While my jewelry shop is either in the red or making barely any profit. Not sure why, my employees there have 100% skill, it's open 7 days a week, has marketing and decent traffic, high demand for the products, no competitors, it's in the Midtown district where only rich people are. Maybe the prices from the wholesale store are too high so I barely cut any profit if at all?

Edit: Yeah that was the issue, getting the jewelry from wholesale store didn't make any profit. Importing them now makes significantly more profit.

Go to the MyEmployees tab, click on the person, unassign them and train.

Or when you have a Headquarters, you can use HR to train them without unassigning them

And what are the plans exactly to make this game less boring? I mean... Once you figure thigns out it's repeat, repeat, repeat

Yes, that's a problem.
Game was fun, until I figured out that a maxed out clothing store in a 1000m2 building brings you upto 500k/day.

Then I needed to get 100% satisfied, went to casino, played blackjack and left casino with 500.000.000 (I startet with 2mio)
Out of 10 black jack games I win 8.
(Just stop, when you have 17 or more)

Funny: even with 500mio on my account - my worth was just 7 mio ;-)
Also after spending the money in buildings...

Are you sure it's 1,000,000$?
1M$ ÷ 800$/h = 1250 hours
1250 hours ÷ 20 Lawyers =
each of your Lawyers work 62.5 hours a day?
