Same goes for programming actually.
Actually, when it comes to hiring people; it'd be nice to have a kind of extra filter for skill competence- higher skill would mean higher salary, but would require less training.
Or alternatively/concurrently, better ways to train employees - quicker training = higher cost or something along those lines?

I can 100% agree, I'd like a skill level filter at the recruitment agency. I'd also like a filter for other qualities, mainly Full-time/part time. Maybe we can pay extra for these filters? I spent like 3k to find a part time cleaner cause repeatedly I got full time employees.
