But happiness only goes over 50% if there is a peaceful working environment.
So what is a peaceful work environment?
You can do this by:
* Making a profit
* Playing video games
* Watching TV
* Walking in the park (1 hr)
* Going to the casino
* Owning a boat and spending time on it
How does the hapiness of a manager go above 50%?
To increase the main character's happiness level, do a combination of what I posted above.
Employee satisfaction is based upon having their demands met and will gain or lower over time based upon how important to them the demand is (high, medium, low) and whether or not you satisfy it in an ongoing basis.
It gives +75% happines because you rested on a boat and you get +25% happines just from getting positive revenue each day.
