Training Staff
Trying to get my lay-about cashier trained up in customer service, but every time I try to train, it tells me that I have to have them unassigned; er...but they ARE unassigned!

I removed them from their schedule and even waited a day to make sure it told me that my shop is open but nobody is assigned. I then went into my staff section, tried to train them and it's telling me the same error.

I'm clearly missing something here. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Removing from the schedule is not enough. You have to open their details in MyEmployees, and then at the bottom left you can unassign them from the current business.

You have to unassign them from the actual business. Which really needs to be changed.

Training basically costs 8 hours of wages for the employee.
