Can't order cheap gifts through purchasing agent?

Hello, having the same problem but with Expensive Gifts. I am signed with JetCargo Imports but my purchasing agent does not list Expensive Gifts.

That's normal. JetCargo does not sell expensive gifts.

Same with expensive flowers. Help indicate Jetcargo as importer but purchaser cannot order. Is it related to purchaser satisfaction eventually? Mine is on 49% at the moment.

I am spotting the BUG is here:- I have big problems with all 3 of the Import Agencies. I set up 3 Purchasers in my HQ, have lots of pallet shelves empty and waiting in my 1 and only warehouse and I have plenty of cash (ruling out problems there). So with each Purchaser I set about placing an order on my 3 Importers (JetCargo / SeaSide Int'l / United Ocean) I set the correct warehouse in the boxes for delivery address. Then when I select the various line items of the goods the Total Price of the whole orders does not add up to the same as each line item with the quantities I'm ordering. It's all over the place and each time I go out and come back in with a fresh try I get a different total. Each Importer has "minimum order values" some Item Lines are not recording at all in the total (EG: SeaSide Int'l - the "Hot Dogs" line does not add any cost value to the total no mater what quantity you put in.) Other lines in other places / Importers have same issues.

@jhovgaard - Thanks for checking with me, I think I have found the problem: I didn't realise that if you set the warehouse level at a certain stock level, then if you try to order a new delivery that would take you over the total set figure for your warehouse, then it just doesn't get ordered. If this is right, then firstly - Great, that works really wel - only wish there was a clearer message that this is what's happening.

I have the same issue, tutorial is asking me to order 1000 cheap gifts and 600 soda cans, but JetCargo has only Soda cans, I order from Jet and then switch to another supplier for 1000 cheap gifts, all delivered to my warehouse but objective is not ticked.

cancel the contract and re-make it, this is a bug i saw someone talk about and it's been reported already, sometimes stuff just disappears (the contract, not the order, ie you'd have to call the importer again)

If you end the import arrangement, then call them back up on the phone and setup the import relationship again with a purchaser, the missing items came back for me.
