I saw a youtuber Colonel Failure start with a custom game, and he really struggled. What are the parameters for initial starting capital for a custom game?

Or just go in to the most expensive district and start a jewelry store, you won't run out of money ever and will get rich very fast. Kinda feels like an exploit lol, it's too easy.

I just deleted a comment linking to a cheat engine. Officially we have nothing against it, but as "Loading..." mentioned, we have no idea if they are filled with viruses. Most of that stuff is.

yes this game is really realistic, i found a way i was working for a store to recover it back with 25$/hr now my character is sad and stop working for 16hour and no happiness, now i am at 500$ i need to try to borrow from the bank this time ! :P my wish is making a jewelery shop in an Expansive Area ! and making a 24Hour Fast-food Restaurent :P lets try it ! Clothing store is the way to go, if you want to make big dollars. It takes a hell of a time to set up, but it's sure worth it. i had a income from 225k to 600k in 3 days in-game.

They store the balance in the float, so use cheat engine to search for the amount you have than buy something and search again. This ruins the game loop though, games are only fun and lengthy because of the time it takes to get cash for example. Cheating in this kind of game rather than admitting defeat will ruin it I promise, however it is your experience to ruin so try what I said
