Endgame question/suggestion

I know the idea of endgame is kinda silly in these type of games since entire game in sandbox is basically already it. The early game prices and material costs, in lower class or even middle class, feel quite balanced and fair. But what about when you get rich, like really rich.

I think it's fantastic that buying a yacht and then owning it is incredibly expensive, if this is someones goal to reach then it's that much better.
But a lot of people play these type of games to balance two things, being a business tycoon and also being able to spend some of that money on a lot of expensive high end stuff.

For example..
- I feel like owning a huge penthouse is very cheap, specially renting it. I think rent could have been way higher, so that at one point you would feel it's better to just buy the whole building instead of paying anual renting costs.

- Owning a large fleet of expensive cars and being able to have a garage to park them somewhere would be awesome. I know there are already few in the game and i hope devs expand on that.

- In-house stuff like expensive high end bathroom's or bedroom's etc, which would by default slightly raise your happiness, i think would also be a good way to spend money on and decorate your flat so it would look really luxurious. Or even bigger TV, more expensive computers, sofa's, etc..

My point is, maybe give players who become really, really rich, something expensive to spend their money on so that you would actually feel the need to earn even more money.
A lot of games do a good job to lure you in but when you get to a certain point, you just don't know where or on what to spend money on and it becomes boring really fast.

I fully understand this is a game and ultimate goal is to expand business empire. But it's also nice to just relax in your "over the top" high end apartment and enjoy your accomplishments. :)

You're right - the late game has not been developed much yet and has lots of room for expansion. As you noted there is the yacht, cars/garages and buying all the buildings in New York, but it would be nice to actually "feel" rich in the game. Give me more luxuries to enjoy my massive wealth! That will be coming with more development though, for sure!

The very wealthy often just need to see another zero at the end of their bank balance. There are many billionaires that live relatively modest lives. Warren Buffett, in Omaha, Nebraska has a decent home, but my home is almost as nice.

I agree with OP. Just here to confirm that we plan to invest heavily in late-game content post-release. We are very far from the final "product".

I already made such suggestions. World/Financial events. Political decisions etc. End game could be various scenarios with goals like in Cap Plus.
