Battle Talent doesn't launch through oculus mode anymore

it only launches through streamvr runtime, when i do the oculus runtime it just loads the game but not inside of virtual desktop as a vr game. the game only works when i play through steamvr but i dont want that, anyone have the same problem?

in short fastest fix use this in launch pram via steam properties.
