how to find mods

So recently I have been thinking about getting a oculus rift CV1, and I started looking ofr games on steam that could be pretty fun in VR. I found this game which looks sick, with really stylish combat, but I also heard it had a modding community so I looked at the store page to see if they had a workshop, but they didnt. I was just wondering if you have to get mods from an external source, or you can download them in game

but you can not access modding at the beginning, but you can find a way to unlock it earlier as you want.

the game has built-in mod menu, you can just install in the game itself

I am just searching for that, i did beat that necromancer guy i thing i play leven 3 now ? but i have not seen any mod options.
