Changed World Map Style

Will we ever get the world map style as seen in this?

I really liked the style of that map for some reason, even if the lines don't match with the rails.

Wait, this is still not in the game? Wasn't it supposed to be their release/1.0 update? I know Orient Express and even the HUD were late. They don't even mention it to being worked on.
