New DLC Issues

Anyone else having these same issues with the DLC?

1. I cannot do the special customer, when I get to the styling part it says the two bottom middle parts of his beard are 52% styled no matter where or what I click it doesn't change. When I back out and go back in the styling says 0% , If I click the beard to re-style it , It makes everything 100% again except those two areas that remain at 52 % . I cannot progress any farther with it.

2. I tried to just do a comb on a beard/mustache, near the end it completely glitched out and my screen went back to the ombre client I had just finished and completely froze then crashed the entire game.

3. Also since the update , My name has become extremely lagging/glitchy which I did not have an issue with before the DLC...

2. No one else has reported this and our testers have also never encountered such an error. Can you describe the situation in more detail when this happened to you?

for 3. My game has been extremely laggy, Which is wasn't laggy before the DLC . Now when I cut hair and move the scissors to change the angle it's like the frames do not move fast enough and it makes a trail of scissors until the frames catch up. .

2. For this situation I had just finished doing the special client at the 90's salon, I went back over to the Barber shop and scheduled a man who just wanted his beard comb, and scheduled the special client as the second one for the day. When I finished combing the first guys beard (that was the only task) , The game froze, then suddenly my screen changed to the girl who I just did at the 90's salon - mid ombre. It stayed frozen on that screen and then crashed and kicked me out the game completely.

Please enable DLSS and compare to see if there are any improvements. Also, try lowering the graphics settings a bit and send us your computer specifications. We are taking care of your issue :)

Is there any update with the special customer DLC bug please? I can't progress with Lars and his story because of this.

The DLC content is really clumsy on the whole. The camera angles make it hard to see what you are doing with beards and the trimmer is glitchy with beards.

I've just come across another DLC bug where I cannot dye a beard. If you choose the dye brush on the wheel, the colour choice window doesn't open and the game freezes.

Hi, are you close to fixing the 52% beard styling issue? I want to play the DLC but I haven't been able to for weeks now because Lars gets stuck at 52% when styling his beard. I have noticed that you have fixed other issues in the patches but not the 52% one and it means that I can't play the DLC :(

I'm also having this exact issue. I can't progress with Lars, and it's frustrating - I can't style the beard sections on his chin, they stay at 52% no matter what.

This happens to me too. There are lots of bugs in this dlc and long hair dlc.
