Unable to get past first customer

The first customer keeps showing up bald. I know she's not supposed to be after watching a few play-throughs, and it's causing the shampoo not to work. I tried restarting the game and messing with graphics settings, but it's still not working. Does anyone happen to have a fix?

Please provide us with more information. It would be helpful to send logs and saves. Instructions below.

How to get your LOG and SAVE files:
Open File Explorer / This PC
Paste following path in an Address Bar → %appdata%/../locallow/GameFormatic/HairDresserSimulator
Here you can find a "Saves" folder and Log files → save everything as a .zip file. Because of its size you probably will have to upload it to a file sharing service, eg. Google Drive, WeTransfer, ect. When you do – please, attach a link to it here or by e-mail: [e-mail]

I can't get far enough into the tutorial because of this for it to even save, so I don't have any logs or saves to provide.

This is happening on my existing save too

Game is completely unplayable from the first tutorial due to this bug.. disappointing :- ( Haven't even had the chance to save the game.
